TLC: Training Leaders of Cadets – for Senior Member Officers who work with Cadets and the Cadet Program and Activities UCC: Unit Commander’s Course – for current and future Squadron Commanders, Deputy Commanders, and Senior Sqdn Staff Officers CLC: Corporate Learning Course – for Loening Award (L3) – Course focus: Basic Wing operations, programs and administration, and relationship with the squadrons. Training Leaders of Cadets (TLC) are strategically scheduled prior to cadet activities scheduled for the summer (i.e. encampment, Hawk CLS etc) Train the Trainer Courses for SLS, TLC, UCC, and CLC staff and instructors, will be held throughout the year at the convenience of the officers who volunteer to develop a core course training staff as well as support for our professional development officers throughout the PA Wing.
